Thank you for shopping with Black Flash Apparel. Because our products are made to order through our production partners, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Items

All products sold by Black Flash Apparel are made to order. This means every item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

We only offer replacements or refunds for items that are:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrectly printed
• Incorrect items sent

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing
• Buyer’s remorse
• Change of mind
• Minor color variations due to screen displays
• Orders placed with incorrect shipping information

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

• A replacement item
• A refund
• Store credit

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow:

• 5–10 business days for processing
• Additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Black Flash Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you where possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

After production begins, we are unable to cancel or change the order because items are made specifically for you.

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks or refund claims, including claims made after confirmed delivery or successful order fulfillment.
